White Sage & Abalone Shell

The ritual of sage burning stems from the Native American tradition to cleanse and clear a space or environment of negative energy to allow healing, wisdom and clarity.

This pack comes with a bag of loose White Sage and a small Abalone Shell. To use, light the Sage leaves and let it burn for 20 seconds before blowing out the flame leaving the cleansing smoke. The Sage cleansing smoke can be used to cleanse your crystals or a room to clear away any negative or residual energies that have been left behind. Smudging the air in a room can also assist with insomnia as it improves sleep and soothes anxiety.
